The Planet Postmoderna Roadmap: Our Journey Together

We are building a living, breathing virtual world, and we want you to be part of the journey from day one. To ensure we deliver a stable, massive, and deeply engaging universe, our development is broken down into three major phases.

Phase 1: Exploring Postmoderna (PC & Mac Launch)

Our first goal is to build a rock-solid, incredibly fun MMO RPG that you can jump into right from your desktop.

  • Discover the Lore: Step into the rich, story-driven universe inspired by the Children of Arla and uncover the mysteries of an unexplored alien planet.

  • Shape the Economy: Participate in a true player-driven, real-stakes virtual economy where your trades, crafts, and discoveries actually matter.

  • Classic Adventuring: Experience the world through polished, third-person RPG mechanics designed for PC and Mac, exploring alongside thousands of other players.

  • Community Launch Goal: Open our servers to the first wave of pioneers to help us balance the economy and shape the future of the world.

Phase 2: Full Immersion (Virtual Reality Integration)

Once the world is alive and thriving, we are bringing you directly inside it.

  • Step Through the Screen: Native VR integration will allow you to put on a headset (like Meta Quest) and experience Planet Postmoderna face-to-face.

  • Tactile Interactions: Enjoy redesigned, spatial UI and movement systems built specifically for comfortable and immersive virtual reality.

  • Unified World: VR players and desktop players will inhabit the exact same server. You can explore in VR while your friends play on their laptops right next to you in-game!

Phase 3: The Expanding Universe (AR & Creator Tools)

The final phase focuses on giving the world back to you and letting you take it wherever you go.

  • Stay Connected on the Go: Augmented Reality (AR) companion apps will let you manage your inventory, trade on the market, or dive into the lore while away from your computer.

  • Player-Created Content: We will roll out advanced customization tools, empowering our community to design their own items, environments, and storylines to officially add to the Planet Postmoderna universe.
