The name Planet Postmoderna™ and its associated logos are trademarks of Alan D. Morgan Jr. within the United States and other jurisdictions.

  • Current Status: Trademark Pending (USPTO “Intent to Use” for Commercial Goods and Services).

  • Unauthorized Use: Use of the name “Planet Postmoderna” in connection with any product or service that is likely to cause confusion among customers is strictly prohibited.
